MENAS faculty member Dr. Hsain Ilahiane will be the featured lecturer in the Southwest Center 2024 Lecture Series! The event will be held in the Kiva Room of the UA Student Union on Thursday, February 15 starting at 3:30pm. We hope you can join us for some Moroccan refreshments and Dr. Ilahiane's interesting talk about Estevan de Dorantes, (Estevanico): The First Moroccan and African Explorer of the American Southwest! The event is free and open to all, with no reservation needed.
