I am very pleased to announce that our MENAS colleague Scott Lucas has been awarded an ACLS Fellowship for next academic year to pursue research on the subject of  "The Interpretation of Qur'anic Laws in Yemen."  This is a huge honor and reflects the high caliber of Scott’s scholarship.
