Mourad Abdennebi Wins Grad Slam 2025

Congratulations to Mourad Abdennebi on taking first place in the 2025 Grad Slam competition! 

Mourad is a PhD student in the Second Language Acquisition and Teaching Graduate Interdisciplinary Program and a dedicated Arabic language instructor in the School of Middle Eastern and North African Studies.

Grad Slam is a campus-wide competition for the best 3-minute graduate student presentation of a research, creative, or community engagement project. It's an excellent opportunity for students to enhance their communication skills. It is also an effective way to showcase the innovative research and creative work associated with graduate education at the University of Arizona.
